Working with Bryan 1:1 allows a focused and customized approach to chart the path for your goals.

Bryan works with everyone, age 16+.

The Gottman Method is a research-based approach to couples therapy developed by the Gottman Institute, grounded in decades of observational studies on what makes relationships succeed or fail.

Bryan has completed all levels of Gottman training. This means that Bryan has advanced skills in assessment, intervention, and treatment planning using the Gottman framework which has transformed thousands of relationships.

Bryan's framework for relationships is LOVE, TRUST, and RESPECT. He hosts marriage retreats throughout the year.

Bryan's practice includes working with athletes (16+ years of age) to develop the "winning mindset" and integrate their sport into a holistic and balanced life.

Bryan also works with parents and coaches as they seek to be a support to the athlete in their lives.

Bryan is the kind of therapist who meets you where you are at, is compassionate, but also honest with you. He works with couples and gives hope when you need it, and honesty where it is necessary. He's a great therapist, and has a sense of humor!

Bryan's therapeutic style and personal relational connection is always warm,

thoughtful and sensitive. He works hard to bring compassion and kindness into the room in such a way that creates peace and the sense of 'feeling felt' for the other.

The Love, Trust & Respect Marriage Retreat

Love, Trust Respect Retreat Logo

A marriage retreat offers something most couples rarely get:
unhurried time, skilled guidance, and space to reconnect—without distractions or pressure.

Unlike weekly counseling sessions that focus on putting out fires, a retreat creates room to step back and look at your relationship as a whole.

It’s a chance to slow down, listen differently, and rediscover the patterns that either strengthen—or quietly strain—your connection.

In a supportive, small-group setting, couples often experience clarity, relief, and renewed understanding in ways that are hard to achieve in everyday life. Each retreat is limited to eight (8) couples.

The retreat sessions are held at an historic, spacious Oregon City Home.

I've intentionally constructed this experience to give each couple the quiet time needed to connect, process, and dream together - to be AT YOUR BEST.
